We believe in equity, especially when it comes to mental well-being, and our resources are available for free to everyone, everywhere. We build partnerships that create community and raise awareness, and we support initiatives that provide immediate support.
Today, Breath Hellas has partnered with Greek athletes and coaches to create the “Uniform of Hope”. A new symbol for mental health that shows how we can be stronger together.
Our hope is that no one suffer in silence and that everyone has access to the tools and resources to live live to their fullest potential.
